ASSA ABLOY is looking for Area Development Manager for Home Automation channel, based out of Bengaluru to handle various facets of Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base. The ADM Home Automation s ervices the needs of existing customers through various integration processes, increasing business opportunities through thought process and making inwards to partnerships.

Summary
Position Summary
ASSA ABLOY is looking for Area Development Manager for Home Automation channel, based out of Bengaluru to handle various facets of Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base. The ADM Home Automation s ervices the needs of existing customers through various integration processes, increasing business opportunities through thought process and making inwards to partnerships.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Execute partnerships with System Integrators, Home Automation and Security Partners
- Apply a sales strategy to target key partners and establish a dominant presence in South
- Execute promotional programs and activities with key partners.
- Manage sales forecasts and Integrate Yale Smart Products with Partners to achieve established goals to deliver profitable growth for assigned Products.
- Manage sales reporting obligations in a timely manner to include frequent sales updates, pricing surveys, etc.
- Keep abreast and report on products, categories, innovation, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trends.
- Other related duties as assigned.
- Demonstrated track record of sales achievement in a hands-on sales environment.
- Proven knowledge of Channel Sales and Home Automation/ Security Products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to establish good relationships and credibility with Clients; ability to collaborate at all levels.
- Excellent at managing time and priorities.
- Able to work independently while being a team player.
- Proficiency in using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in English; verbal and written
- 4 to 5 years of B2B experience in Home Automation/ Security Product field
- Proficiency in using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Bachelor of Engineering or Bsc/Bcom/BA with MBA or Equivalent
- Travel extensively in the assigned territory to generate business
