Job Description
Design development, design presentation, working drawing. GFC, MEP, HVAC(knowledge of Structure drawing)Staircase, bathroom, building section or elevation, typical details.
Proven working involvement with planning and enhancing inside spaces
Apply technical, material and functional knowledge with an aesthetic sense that befits the customer.
Expertise in format, variety, lighting, materials choice, custom furnishings, and all establishments.
Drive the design process end to end (including sketching and drafting 2D and 3D are mandatory)
Working with the Plan group, Client and the Execution Group
To prepare the BOQ & Cost estimate
Communication and presentation skills
Create idea boards to communicate design concepts
Preference -
AutoCAD, Sketchup,Enscape,lumion, 3D MAX, Photoshop and MS- Excel.
Salary: As per industry standard
