As an Architect/ Interior Designer, you will play a crucial role in designing and transforming spaces, combining functionality with aesthetic appeal. You will collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and expectations, and then translate them into innovative design concepts. Utilizing your technical expertise and creative flair, you will create detailed architectural plans, interior layouts, and 3D renderings using state-of-the-art design software. You will also be responsible for overseeing the implementation process, working closely with contractors and suppliers to ensure the successful execution of projects.

You should have a deep understanding of architectural principles, interior design concepts, and building codes. Responsibilities
- Develop and present design concepts, including 2D drawings, 3D renderings, and material boards, that meet client requirements -
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and adherence to project timelines -
- Prepare detailed architectural plans, interior layouts, and specifications -
- Select and specify materials, furniture, fixtures, and finishes that align with design vision and budget constraints -
- Oversee and manage the construction process, including site visits, coordination with contractors, and problem-solving -
- Conduct site surveys and analyze existing conditions to inform design decisions -
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new materials, and technologies in architecture and interior design
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field -
- Proven experience as an Architect or Interior Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work -
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar design software
