Position Summary

The position is overall responsible for ensuring training is conducted and documented according to competency plan, and training matrixes. Develop and implement standard training processes to include the maintenance of the regional training facilities, materials, and equipment, standardisation of the delivery of training and the upkeep of all training records. Effectively maximising the use of 3rd party training providers across the region

Essential

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Runs reports as well as maintain data entry and local training calendar in the Learning Management System.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with Curriculum Developers, Instructors, Trainers, Competence Assurance Managers, Assessors, Verifiers, Quality and Subject Matter Experts locally and around the world, delivering excellent customer service
  • Manage and communicate adjunct training schedule and qualifications
  • Works with development and training groups to ensure consistency of product documentation, and exploit opportunities for reuse of these materials
  • Builds and maintains relationships with client training representatives
  • Administers performance data regarding effectiveness of instructional systems, courses, or instructional materials
  • Contributes to the continuous improvement of processes, and tools associated with onshore and offshore compliance
  • Assists in the scheduling of internal and external training courses for the region
  • Uploads and maintains employee training records into required databases
  • Provide training and competency support to Training Managers as necessary

Qualifications

REQUIRED

  • Extensive experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Report Writing systems

DESIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in management, Training, or related Competency Field

  • A detailed knowledge of offshore operations and best practices will be an advantage.
