We are seeking an Application Support professional with minimum 3+ years of experience including in-depth intelligence on TRRACS product and functionality.
Requirements
- Must be well aware of customization of the product at bank end.
- Good knowledge on Tables, DB structure, data flow as per front end functionality.
- Skilled in checking RCA and flow of reported cases, with the ability to provide a stepwise solution for the same.
- Familiarity with issue or incident as raised, and the resource should coordinate with the offshore team for accurate understanding and resolution.
- Expertise in knowledge of query writing and should be able to identify tables and create queries as needed, as these will be deployed extensively in the correction or recon with client.
