Job Summary

Advantal Technologies is looking for a proficient Android Developer with hands-on experience in Flutter to build high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly mobile applications. The ideal candidate will be involved in developing, testing, and maintaining native Android apps as well as cross-platform apps using Flutter.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-quality Android and Flutter mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and backend developers, to define and ship new features.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with proper documentation.
  • Optimize application performance, memory usage, and responsiveness.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and SDKs.
  • Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in mobile development.
  • Ensure proper testing and deployment of apps to Google Play Store and/or iOS App Store (if applicable).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in Android app development (Kotlin/Java).
  • Proven hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart for at least one cross-platform project.
  • Solid understanding of Android SDK, Android Studio, and mobile UI design principles.
  • Experience in using version control tools like Git.
  • Familiarity with Firebase, SQLite, and third-party SDK integrations.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming.

Good to Have:

  • Experience in publishing applications to the Play Store and App Store.
  • Knowledge of iOS development is a plus.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, or Bitbucket.
