Role Description
The Analyst will be responsible for conducting in-depth research and analysis in the FinTech and financial sectors, focusing on key companies, people, and transactions. This role will require data extraction, company profiling, and managing propriety databases. Responsibilities also includes tracking key developments in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), initial public offerings (IPO), financing, private equity, and investments.
In This Role, You Will
- Track and analyze key FinTech sectors, companies, and major M&A and capital-raising transactions.
- Conduct comprehensive company profiling and tracking of major developments in the focused industry.
- Research on global M&A activity, IPOs, and financing transactions.
- Profile private equity and investment firms.
- Profile key individuals, including executives and board members and gather information on professional backgrounds, roles, and contributions to the company.
- Manage and maintain financial and company databases, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Deliver assigned Key Result Areas (KRAs) within the specified time frame and with 100% accuracy.
Skills And Qualifications
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach.
- 1 – 3 years’ experience
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interest in finance, research, and FinTech
- Knowledge of financial sectors, particularly FinTech, M&A, and capital markets, is a plus.
- Excellent research and communication skills
- Strong work ethic and a drive for excellence
- Must be an India-based candidate, no US-based candidates please.
- B.Com (Hons.), BBA (Finance), MBA (Finance)

- Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills, able to prepare high impact materials.
- Participates effectively in both internal and external meetings.
