Firm Risk Management

In the Firm Risk Management division, we advise businesses across the Firm on risk mitigation strategies, develop tools to analyze and monitor risks and lead key regulatory initiatives.

What You’ll Do In The Role

• Support the development, implementation and maintenance of issues dashboard
• Generate monitoring reports across the full lifecycle of issue management (i.e., identification, recording, remediation, and closure)
• Work on creating Bank and Board reporting committee materials
• Continually evaluate existing reports, processes and analytical tools to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and effectiveness
• Liaise with other teams across the first and second lines-of-defense to follow-up on issues as a result of the data analysis
• Perform quality assurance for the closure of issues
• Assist with ad-hoc requests
  
  

Qualifications

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Bachelor's Degree required, ideally in Business, Finance, or similar
• Strong reporting and analytical skills with great attention to detail
• Knowledge of internal controls including testing
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (Microsoft Power BI), data extraction and manipulation (SQL), reporting process automation (VBA), and proficiency in computer applications (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Very good relationship building and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Well organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
