What You’ll Do In The Role
- Support the development, implementation and maintenance of issues dashboard
- Generate monitoring reports across the full lifecycle of issue management (i.e., identification, recording, remediation, and closure)
- Work on creating Bank and Board reporting committee materials
- Continually evaluate existing reports, processes and analytical tools to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and effectiveness
- Liaise with other teams across the first and second lines-of-defense to follow-up on issues as a result of the data analysis
- Perform quality assurance for the closure of issues
- Assist with ad-hoc requests
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Bachelor's Degree required, ideally in Business, Finance, or similar
- Strong reporting and analytical skills with great attention to detail
- Knowledge of internal controls including testing
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (Microsoft Power BI), data extraction and manipulation (SQL), reporting process automation (VBA), and proficiency in computer applications (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Very good relationship building and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Well organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
