Analyst - Notice

What You'll Do

You will be reporting to the Manager, Compliance. You will work from the Pune office

We are looking for an Associate Analyst - Notices to join our vibrant and swiftly evolving enterprise. Providing an opportunity to flourish within a creative milieu and advance within our organisation. The Associate Analyst will manage tax notice issues received by our customers relating to the scheduled filing of their sales and use tax returns.

What You'll Need to be Successful

Responsibilities

• Research, analyze, and resolve tax notices from jurisdictions for our customers.
• Communicate regularly with internal teams and state contacts.
• Conduct root cause analysis and identify preventative actions.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline notice responses and help create new responses.
• Prepare, review, and file multi-jurisdictional tax returns for various periods.
• Manage workload to meet internal and jurisdiction deadlines.
• Work with all team members and management to complete shared tasks, and provide training
• Regularly communicate with customers, jurisdictions, and internal teams and ensuring clear and professional communication in written, verbal, and electronic formats.
  
  

Qualifications

About the Team

• You should have atleast 1 years of an expereince in sales and use tax preparation and filing.
• You should have a Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) or equivalent career experience.
• You have strong time management, analytical, and problem solving skills
• You will need to be a self-starter with the ability to work independently yet still function as a team player.
• You will need to have ability to prioritize and multi-task to meet strict filing deadlines.
