Role - Analyst Finance, Controllership

Experience Required: CA Inter/ MBA with 2+ years of relevant experience in Finance

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the preparation of Financial statements and support in the related deliverables.
• Closing monthly FSCP (Financial Statements Closure Process) activities and handling the required reporting.
• Support in the Statutory and the Internal Audit activities and related closures such as CARO reporting and various certifications.
• Prepare Audit schedules, financial disclosures and ensure timely reporting to stakeholders.
• Perform detailed variance analysis for the Balance sheet and identify the key drivers of variances.
• Drive automation initiatives in Financial statements and reporting wherever required. Responsible for Chart of Accounts of the Company and its subsidiaries.
• Provide insights to management for informed decision-making.
• Assist in implementation of Internal financial controls and Accounting policies.
• Coordinated with Stakeholders and ensure timely closure of Audits and related deliverables.
• Identify gaps in existing processes and propose/implement improvements.
• Leverage strong understanding of business operations and underlying financial data to streamline workflows.
  
  

Desired Candidate :-

CA Inter/ MBA qualified with 2+ years of post-qualification experience in Accounting, financial reporting or related domains.

Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial controls and audit practices.

Knowledge of Financial statements, Reporting, Statutory audits and understanding of MIS.

Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets, accounting software (Oracle/Zoho Books) and familiarity with automation tools preferred.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information.
