- Continuously improve reporting and analytics processes and tools to align with evolving business needs and technological advancements.
- Work closely with various business and IT teams to gather the necessary data and facts to meet reporting requirements.
- Take end-to-end ownership of reports and dashboards, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and driving cadence while defining KPIs with the business.
- Proactively analyze data to answer key questions for stakeholders, focusing on factors that drive business performance.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns using statistical methods from complex datasets.
- Build multi-dimensional data models in Power BI to support comprehensive analysis.
- Develop thorough documentation for algorithms, parameters, and models to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Perform detailed analysis on tested and deployed Power BI models to validate their effectiveness.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and manipulate data efficiently.
- Execute complex DAX queries and functions in Power BI, and create SQL queries and connections to enhance data analysis.
- Maintain premium workspace, manage dataflows, and handle Role-Level Security (RLS) to ensure secure and efficient data management.
