Primary Role – (overview And Overall Purpose Of Job)
This position will be part of the Global Analytics Hub. Leverage data analytics and data mining skills to deliver insights for the commercial organization that drive revenue increase, profitability improvement and margin expansion globally. Reporting to Analytics Associate Manager, the analyst will be responsible and accountable for all quantitative analysis in the areas below:

Creating analytical models
- Understand the business objectives, do the research, structure the model and deliver outputs which focus on areas like
- Price optimization
- Identification of profit increase opportunities: price changes, Cost reduction, product mix change etc.
- Price / Volume forecasting, trends creation
Automation and optimization
- Support in automating the analytical models leveraging R/Python/SQL
- Optimize the analytics to improve efficiency
Performance monitoring and reporting
- Create automated dashboards for functional stakeholders, regional / global leaders and CXOs.
- Perform analysis for regular reporting of organizational performance (pricing, product, procurement etc.) and automate the reporting analytics
Qualifications (minimally Required Education, Work Experience, Knowledge And Licensure/certifications)
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics or Engineering necessary. MS or Certificate courses in analytics preferred.
Experience
- 2-4 years of relevant quantitative analytics experience.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, dealing with conflicting requests, and prioritizing work requests.
- Knowledge of advanced analytics methods and ability to analyze data and provide recommendations
- Knowledge and experience of analytical tools like R, SQL, Excel, Tableau, Python required. (Knowledge of 3 out of 5)
- Strong online collaboration capabilities – voice, video and web conferencing, instant messaging and other tools.
- Understanding of data science principles and machine learning is benefitial
