Job Description

  • Responsible for meeting the First proof and final proof Graphic specialist deadlines.
  • Making sure the supporting documents are cross verified for accurate completion of proof files of current year issue.
  • Taking the updates from the team leader and executing the updates.
  • Supporting the shipping team in preparation of final shipping files.
  • Ensuring the preflight checking is done in composed files.
  • Handling the awareness product as per the customer specifications.
  • Handling the customer's escalation and quickly fulfilling the requirements.
  • Co-ordinating with the pagination team and creating the manual inserts for YP pages.
  • Maintaining Extraordinary quality to meet the internal and external SLA expectations.
  • Meeting the highest performance matrix level.
