About Ad-Habit

Ad-Habit is a growth-focused, profit-first Amazon Ads Management Agency. We partner with brands to scale their Amazon presence through data-driven PPC management, full account oversight, and strategic brand guidance. We believe in autonomy, ownership, and results - not fluff or busywork.

The Role

We're looking for an Amazon PPC Strategist who thrives on responsibility and results. You'll manage client accounts end-to-end: from building campaigns and optimizing ads to communicating directly with clients and advising them on growth strategy.

This isn't just a button-pushing role you'll be given autonomy to design and execute ad strategies while being supported by proven systems. If you've ever run your own Amazon business (or aspire to), this is a chance to apply that entrepreneurial mindset while learning from seasoned operators.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Amazon PPC campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Display, and Sponsored Brands.
  • Develop and execute ad strategies that balance growth and profitability.
  • Handle day-to-day execution: campaign builds, keyword research, bid adjustments, and bulk sheet optimizations.
  • Conduct audits and present clear, actionable recommendations for clients to scale their business.
  • Communicate directly with clients via Zoom, email, and Slack building trust and maintaining accountability.
  • Deliver reporting (daily, weekly, monthly, annual) with insights, not just numbers.
  • Break down long-term client goals into achievable milestones and set strategies to hit them.
  • Stay up-to-date with Amazon Ads updates, marketplace changes, and new tools.
  • Collaborate with the team through Slack and ClickUp, but take ownership of your accounts.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on Amazon PPC management experience.
  • 1+ year agency experience working with multiple accounts.
  • Proven track record managing Sponsored Products, Sponsored Display, and Sponsored Brands campaigns in the US marketplace.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret KPIs and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in Helium 10, DataDive, Google Sheets/Excel, and Bulk Sheets

optimization.

  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal + written).
  • Experience using Slack and ClickUp for team collaboration.
  • Bonus: experience with Scale Insights, FBAExcel Adtactix, Amazon Marketing

Cloud, or other marketplaces.

  • Nice to have: Amazon Ads Certification.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: ideally you have run, or currently run, your own Amazon store.

What We Value

  • Growth mindset: mistakes are opportunities to learn and improve.
  • Critical thinking: don't just execute challenge assumptions, find leverage points, and solve problems.
  • Ownership: you run your accounts like your own business.
  • Realism: no sugarcoating. We value transparency and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experimentation: comfortable testing, iterating, and adapting.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary + % of ad revenue managed (performance-linked earnings).
  • 40-hour work week.
  • Work 8 AM - 12 PM ET fixed hours, with flexibility for remaining hours.
  • Paid time off aligned with the US holiday calendar (accrued monthly).
  • Growth opportunities: as Ad-Habit scales, so will you into senior strategist or team lead roles.
  • Direct exposure to managing global brands and high-spend accounts.

Career Path

This is a commission-based, stakeholder-style role. As we grow, you'll have the opportunity to expand into Senior Strategist or PPC Team Lead roles, owning larger accounts and mentoring new strategists. Were looking for someone who wants to grow with Ad-Habit for the long term, not just manage campaigns.

Excited about this opportunity? We'd love to hear from you. Send in your application and let's get the conversation started!
