We are inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager – Trust & Safety – FLM , Risk Investigations

In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management & leadership of your team of Investigators and will also assist with escalations, training, and quality control .

Responsibilities

• Driving performance (efficiency, quality, hygiene) management of your team member to meet all SLA’s.
• Provide domain expertise in Fraud and Financial Crime Risk Management in relation to client’s risk and threats management, focusing on fraud risks in relates to buyer, seller etc.
• Will be responsible for process & policy dissemination and keeping your team up to date on policy/process update.
• Continuously improve the delivery process to attain a consistent & stable level of operations.
• Communicate and work with cross functional team (Product Team, Business policy, Data and analytics, Technology, etc.) to understand business requirements and business needs.
• Manage escalations and provide timely resolution.
• Basis RCA, effective coaching & feedback to be shared with team members.
• Conduct performance reviews of each team member and explain / set career development path & opportunities for team members.
• Report & escalate system issues / bugs/ downtime to management as necessary and in a timely manner.
• Should be a subject matter expert for all process, policies and protocols.
  
  

Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications:

• Any Graduate.
• Excellent experience as a team leader in an Investigations / Risk / Content moderation / trust & safety workspace.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• Proficiency in MS office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Should be able to work with minimal supervision, demonstrate interpersonal skills and can multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

• Tech Savvy
• Prior experience in Ecommerce domain
• Possess excellent business acumen, qualitative and quantitative problem-solving skills.
