Job Overview: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Airport Ticketing Staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Process ticket reservations, changes, and cancellations accurately and efficiently
• Answer customer inquiries and provide information about flight schedules, fares, and company policies
• Handle cash and credit card transactions for ticket sales
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and timely flight operations
• Maintain accurate records of ticket sales and transactions
• Adhere to all company and industry safety regulations and protocols
• Handle any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
• Keep the ticketing counter and surrounding areas clean and organized Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in the airline or travel industry is preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in using computer systems and software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
