Viswamitempowersolution is seeking dynamic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a member of our ground staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our airport in Guwahati, Assam. Position: Airport Ground Staff

  • Males & Females Location: Guwahati, Assam, India Contract Details: Full-time Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist passengers with check-in, baggage drop, and boarding procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service to all passengers
  • Handle inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and their belongings
  • Assist with the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo
  • Coordinate with other airport departments to ensure a seamless travel experience for passengers
  • Monitor flight schedules and communicate any changes or delays to passengers
  • Perform administrative tasks such as ticketing, cash handling, and data entry
  • Adhere to all airport and airline regulations and policies
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Knowledge of basic computer skills
