Explore our current Roles, Responsibilities:
- Good written and oral communication skills in English.
- Managing customer quires with regards to flight bookings, cancellation baggages, etc. via calls.
- Providing first call resolution to customers & abiding to IGT guidelines.
- Comfortable working in 24*7 environment (Including night shifts) with 1 rotational week off.
- Prior experience in customer services will be an added advantage.
- Should be having basic computer knowledge.
Qualifications: -
- Education Graduate or Perusing, or Diploma in Aviation from a reputed institute.
- Experience 1+ Year of exp. will be an added benefit.
- CTC- 15605/-
Perks & Benefits: -
- Incentives upto Rs 5k based on the performance.
- After probation of 6 months, employee is eligible for free flights (Excluding Taxes).
