Job Role - Customer Support Associate

Handling inbound calls related to flight bookings, cancellation, delays, baggages, etc.----

Explore our current Roles, Responsibilities:

  • Good written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Managing customer quires with regards to flight bookings, cancellation baggages, etc. via calls.
  • Providing first call resolution to customers & abiding to IGT guidelines.
  • Comfortable working in 24*7 environment (Including night shifts) with 1 rotational week off.
  • Prior experience in customer services will be an added advantage.
  • Should be having basic computer knowledge.



Qualifications: -

  • Education Graduate or Perusing, or Diploma in Aviation from a reputed institute.
  • Experience 1+ Year of exp. will be an added benefit.

Salary:

  • CTC- 15605/-

In-Hand 13139/-

Perks & Benefits: -

  • Incentives upto Rs 5k based on the performance.
  • After probation of 6 months, employee is eligible for free flights (Excluding Taxes).
