Job Summary

Mashreq Bank requires advanced technical expertise and strategic vision to drive innovation, operational efficiency, and business transformation. This role focuses on designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions while ensuring ethical standards and regulatory compliance.

  • Drive AI innovation and implementation: Lead end to end AI projects including problem framing, data exploration, model development, deployment, and monitoring to create business impact and streamline AI delivery pipelines.
  • Cross functional leadership and collaboration: Manage geographically distributed teams, collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities, and integrate AI capabilities into existing systems and workflows.
  • Technical expertise and governance: Apply advanced AI/ML techniques, including Generative AI frameworks, ensure model explainability, ethical use, and compliance with governance and regulatory standards.
