As an Associate Product Manager, you will collaborate cross-functionally to define, build, and scale innovative solutions that enhance practice efficiency and improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
► Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities.
► Collaborate closely with engineering teams to define detailed product requirements and manage feature prioritization.
► Partner with sales and customer success teams to gather actionable user feedback and market insights.
► Contribute to the development and execution of the product roadmap.
► Analyze product performance metrics and user behavior to support data-driven decision making.
► Assist in go-to-market planning, product launch activities, and post-launch analysis.
► Lead cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment across teams.
► Create and maintain comprehensive user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications.
Required Qualifications
► Minimum 2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role.
► Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
► Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
► Experience collaborating with engineering and technical teams.
► Proficiency with product management tools and data analysis platforms.
► Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in Healthcare or SaaS product environments.
Familiarity with dental practice operations or clinical workflows.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Basic technical proficiency, including SQL and analytics tools.
