Position Summary: Describe below the primary purpose and function of this job

Reporting into the AI CoE Lead – the Education Senior Specialist will be responsible for:

• Developing high-quality educational materials including workshop content, e-learning modules, and reference documentation
• Maintaining and updating a knowledge repository of AI concepts, best practices, and implementation guidelines
• Liaison with Business & key stakeholders for customizing training content for specific business units
• Creating awareness for identifying AI opportunities.
• Educating other departments on firm approval of AI products & their usages.
  
  

Key Duties & Responsibilities: List up to 5 key duties and responsibilities, management responsibilities and time spent (if applicable)

• Work with HR and L&D teams to integrate AI education into broader organizational learning initiatives
• Collaborate with business units to identify AI training needs and skill gaps
• Create case studies based on successful AI implementations within the organization
• Develop hands-on exercises and practical assignments to reinforce learning
• Create awareness on AI products & AI processes
• Gather and incorporate participant feedback to continuously improve training materials
