We are looking for: Software Engineer (AI/ML),

You’ll make an impact by:

• Develop and deploy AI/ML models for various applications, including predictive analytics, computer vision, NLP, and automation.
• Design and optimize deep learning architectures using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Build and maintain data pipelines to preprocess, clean, and transform data for AI applications.
• Train, fine-tune, and evaluate machine learning models to improve accuracy and performance.
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI models into production systems.
• Research and implement cutting-edge AI technologies to enhance business processes.
• Ensure AI models are scalable, efficient, and aligned with ethical AI principles.
• Monitor and maintain AI systems, solving issues and optimizing model performance.
• Document AI workflows, processes, and standard methodologies for internal knowledge sharing.
  
  

Use your skills to move the world forward!

• Degree BE/B.Tech, computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-5 years, experience in AI/ML development and deployment.
• Strong programming skills in Python (preferred) or another AI-focused language.
• Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI deployment.
• Familiarity with MLOps, model versioning, and deployment best practices.
• Experience working with large datasets and data engineering techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
• Experience with reinforcement learning or generative AI models.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered automation and decision-making systems.
• Knowledge of edge AI and deploying AI models on embedded systems.
• Understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and compliance considerations.
