Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI/GenAI Engineer to join our team. This role is pivotal in leveraging Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI technologies to build intelligent applications from scratch, modernize legacy systems through reverse engineering, and design dashboards to track order and fulfillment processes. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in GenAI frameworks, full-stack development, and data visualization.

Key Responsibilities

• AI/GenAI Application Development
• Design and develop applications powered by AI/GenAI technologies from the ground up.
• Design and develop AI-powered chat assistants that provide personalized recommendations, leveraging machine learning and natural language processing to enhance user experience and engagement.
• Integrate large language models (LLMs), computer vision, or other AI/ML techniques into business solutions.
• Legacy System Reverse Engineering
• Use AI/GenAI to analyze and understand legacy codebases, data structures, and workflows.
• Document and generate functional and technical specifications for modern reimplementation.
• Build tools or scripts using AI to automate parts of the reverse engineering process.
• Collaboration & Innovation
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business teams to integrate AI solutions into applications, ensuring seamless functionality, scalability, and alignment with business objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in GenAI, ML, and software development.
• Promote innovation by identifying AI opportunities across the enterprise.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in AI/ML or GenAI.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, LLaMA, etc.), vector databases, and GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.).
• Proficiency in Python and/or Java/JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), especially AI-related services.
• Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Angular) and backend APIs.
• OMS / Ecommerce / Retail / Shipping & Logistics understanding is a good to have
