We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist

What You Will Be Doing

• Working with Agile scrum teams to get features ready to go live into an upcoming release cycle
• Review outstanding mobile app release governance and working with teams to complete, confirming mitigations applied where applicable
• Ensure mobile applications are released in line with the global release cycles
• Considering implications in all decisions and activities through a good understanding of business activity and opportunities
• Own key checkpoints in the release cycle informing stakeholders of outcomes
• Engaging and working collaboratively with internal IT and other business teams ensuring an efficient rollout of the mobile app’s
• Building and maintaining relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders
• Resolve risks, issues, and dependencies where required or ensure they are managed and escalated as appropriate
• Own delivery road maps in collaboration with VS and ensure these are reported to key stakeholders
• Chair weekly delivery forums to bring together all stakeholders releasing into mobile
  
  

What You Will Bring To The Role

• Experience of managing incremental software delivery at scale using DevOps tools and process and operational Value Streams
• Strong IT project management skills and hands on experience working with Agile delivery teams
• Ability to help influence stakeholders and help resolve conflict
• Demonstrable success in understanding and delivering towards customer needs in complex organizations
• Ability to lead and influence global teams and stakeholders, and build trusting relationships
• Working knowledge of how mobile applications are released through App stores
• Familiarity with the banking standards
• Experience of working with Change control standards and representation at change boards
• Strong communicator and confident at leading meeting with large number of participants
