Agency Manager/Development Manager in Rajahmundry, Vishakhapatnam, Gajuwaka Part, Guntur, Kadapa, Kurnool, Tirupati, Proddatur, Eluru, Adoni, Palasa, Nellore, Chittoor, Kakinada, Ongole

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and activate advisors as per plan with monthly activation targets
• Ensure active advisor productivity is maintained according to set goals
• Establish interpersonal business relationships to facilitate work activities
• Conduct regular meetings with reporting agents to evaluate their performance and provide guidance
• Ensure advisors progress in their careers from TA to SA and AO as per the agency structure
• Generate revenue and acquire new customers through face-to-face or digital channels
• Review performance with reporting manager on a weekly basis
• Attend all meetings and training programs conducted by the management
• Ensure a minimum of two joint calls are made daily
• Comply with all company policies and procedures
