Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Ads and SEO Expert to join our marketing agency. This role involves strategizing, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns and search engine optimization efforts to drive high-quality traffic, generate leads, and improve online visibility for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of paid advertising platforms, SEO best practices, and analytical tools to ensure maximum ROI for marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Advertising & Paid Media Management
Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC networks.
Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to inform advertising strategies.
Monitor and optimize ad performance through A/B testing, audience targeting, and budget adjustments.
Analyze metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates to enhance campaign performance.
Prepare and present campaign performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
SEO Management
Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website visibility.
Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-performing keywords.
Optimize website content, metadata, and internal linking structures for SEO.
Build high-quality backlinks through outreach, guest blogging, and link-building strategies.
Perform on-page and technical SEO audits to enhance website health.
Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Search Console.
Content Optimization
Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into all digital content.
Develop content strategies to attract organic traffic and engage target audiences.
Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with the creative, content, and design teams to align advertising and SEO efforts.
Provide clear, actionable recommendations to improve campaign performance and organic visibility.
Prepare detailed reports on campaign progress, SEO performance, and optimization suggestions.
Job Requirements
Proven experience (2+ years) in managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and SEO optimization.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or related field.
Extensive knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other relevant tools.
Strong understanding of keyword research, SEO strategies, and PPC advertising.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
