Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our team at Indore Institute of Law and the Management vertical. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of the institute's programs, and the ability to guide prospective students through the admission process, ensuring a smooth and informative experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counselling Prospective Students: Provide detailed information to prospective students and their families regarding the various programs offered by the institute, including law and management courses.
• Application Process Guidance: Assist students in completing application forms, understanding eligibility criteria, and meeting the necessary prerequisites.
• Follow-up and Communication: Proactively reach out to leads, schedule counseling sessions, and follow up with students throughout the application and admission process.
• Database Management: Maintain and update records of prospective students, manage leads, and track application status through the CRM system.
• Marketing and Outreach: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote programs through various channels and events such as webinars, college fairs, and open houses.
• Provide Admissions Information: Stay updated on the latest information regarding programs, fees, eligibility, and admission deadlines to answer queries accurately.
• Conduct Entrance Exam Guidance: Assist students with information related to entrance exams, help them prepare for interviews, and clarify any doubts related to the admission process.
• Student Conversion: Effectively convert leads into enrolled students by addressing queries, providing solutions, and explaining the benefits of the programs offered.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the admissions, academic, and administrative teams to ensure a seamless process for students from inquiry to enrollment.
• Maintain Compliance: Ensure all admission procedures are carried out in accordance with institutional policies and regulations.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Education, Business Administration, or related fields).
• Prior experience in counselling, admissions, or student engagement roles is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the education sector, particularly in law and management education.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or student database management.
• A proactive, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach to student concerns.
