The role
As our Team Administrator, you will assist operational team with daily tasks, focusing on funding incentive activities and reporting, you will work with the ANS sales leadership and teams in accessing and qualifying for project funding through our partners' portals and tools.

As our Team Administrator, you will assist operational team with daily tasks, focusing on funding incentive activities and reporting, you will work with the ANS sales leadership and teams in accessing and qualifying for project funding through our partners' portals and tools.
What will I be doing?
- Support the day-to-day of the alliances operational team, specifically supporting funding incentive activities and reporting
- Support sales with incoming and outgoing customer leads, by ensuring data is provided to the correct team and recorded.
- Provide support to the sales team, ensuring they are fully trained and equipped to maximise any partner benefits.
- Work with the finance team, delivery team, project team, and sales leadership to ensure that all funding is processed in a timely manner.
- Provide updates sessions on program updates, initiatives, and upcoming funding changes.
- Manage the upload of won opportunities to Vendor portals
- Oversee and maintain ANS partner accreditations (such as Microsoft, AWS, VMware), working closely with training, sales and technical teams to ensure on-going compliance
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel,Word, PowerPoint
- Experience in a sales support role, preferably within the technology industry, but not essential
- Disciplined and accountable, thoughtful, demonstrates a team first ethos.
