Responsibilities-
- Greet all visitors courteously and assist them in reaching the appropriate department or contact.
- Manage incoming calls, redirect them to the appropriate team, and take accurate messages.
- Operate intercom systems and biometric attendance devices effectively.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments as per organizational requirements.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue biometric access cards to guests.
- Provide general administrative support to employees and coordinate with various departments.
- Ensure that all security protocols are followed for both visitors and deliveries.
- Oversee courier-related tasks, including dispatch and receipt tracking.
- Maintain records for usage of office facilities such as the Gym and Game Room, Relaxation Space.
- Manage hotel bookings as per the requirements.
- Coordinate and manage all arrangements for client visits to the office.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar front desk or coordinator role.
- Working knowledge of intercom systems and biometric devices.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-organized, punctual, and detail oriented.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
