ModMed is hiring! The Administrative Assistant provides high-level support to our India Leadership Team, partnering with multiple local leaders to ensure smooth daily operations. This role requires a proactive, self-motivated professional who takes initiative, works independently, and drives projects and tasks through to completion with excellence.

ModMed is hiring! The Administrative Assistant provides high-level support to our India Leadership Team, partnering with multiple local leaders to ensure smooth daily operations. This role requires a proactive, self-motivated professional who takes initiative, works independently, and drives projects and tasks through to completion with excellence.
Your Role
- Perform an extensive range of administrative tasks including: heavy calendar management, travel arrangements, fielding calls, expense reporting, filing and event scheduling.
- Assist with coordination of leadership visits, on-site meetings, and small-scale employee engagement events in partnership with the People Experience team.
- Create and edit professional documents and correspondence for internal and external audiences.
- Exercise good judgment and knowledge of the organization to balance business priorities, individual team needs, and executive’s style and company policy.
- Handle confidential information with sensitivity.
- Being resourceful and able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Preparing agendas and providing applicable background information prior to meetings to ensure executives are adequately prepared.
- Serve as a key point of contact between the India leadership team and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
- 3+ years administrative experience in a fast-paced environment, dynamic environment.
- Ability to work full-time onsite at our Hyderabad, India headquarters.
- Professional communication skills with strong written, verbal and interpersonal abilities
- Highly organized and detail oriented, skilled in managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Slack and other collaboration tools. Quick to learn new tools and technologies.
- Experience creating slide presentations with provided information and inputs
- Demonstrated experience in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with team members, contacts, public, etc.
- Exercises good judgment, discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive matters.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proactive, adaptable, and high energy; thrives in a fast-paced, nimble work environment.
