Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate sales calls from the company-provided spreadsheet and pass validated leads to the sales team.
- Manage office supplies and inventory; place orders as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
- Ensure office equipment is serviced and maintained regularly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date physical and digital records.
- File documents systematically for easy retrieval.
- Provide backend support across departments as needed.
- Draft, format, and manage both internal and external correspondence.
- Assist with HR activities such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and timesheet management.
- Uphold the company dress code (company shirt, formal attire, and proper grooming).
- Maintain utmost professionalism, decency, and decorum in the workplace.
- Help enforce office policies and ensure smooth internal communication flow.
