Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Admin/Operations Executive to manage day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. The role requires a proactive individual with strong coordination and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Handling of Entire office administration, which includes managing the timely submission of Invoices and following with the team members for the closure of vendor payments. Vendor Management Responsible for Cost negotiation, Agreement finalization & Quality check Implementation of Cost control measures in Administration. Asset maintenance at Zonal Office Facility Management Housekeeping, Security.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree
1-3 years of experience in administrative or operational roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Familiarity with data management and reporting tools is a plus.
