Job Description
- Availability for US shift timings (8:00 PM IST to 5:00 AM IST)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to clearly explain processes to clients
- Expertise in invoice processing, consistently maintaining 100% accuracy and meeting TAT deadlines.
- Strong accountability and ownership of tasks
- Proficiency in preparing vendor statement reconciliations and clearing open items. Especially, articulating the issues and challenges during the client calls
