Roles And Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable, ensuring timely payment to vendors and maintaining accurate records.
- Oversee bank reconciliations, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues promptly.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports on production, TDS, GST, balance sheet finalization, and general accounting activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operation of financial functions.
- Audit Coordination: Handle audit-related queries from Statutory Auditors and Internal Auditors.
- Internal Controls: Develop and implement robust internal controls and ensure adherence by all stakeholders.
- Taxation & Compliance: Basic understanding of Income Tax (Individual & Corporate), GST returns, and relevant laws.
