We are looking for a Accounting Executive to perform a variety of accounting, bookkeeping and financial tasks. You should be familiar with all accounting procedures and have a flair for numbers. Ultimately, you should ensure that the company’s daily accounting functions run accurately and effectively.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.
  • Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.
  • Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements.
  • Reconcile accounts in a timely manner.
  • Enter key data of financial transactions in database daily Aid and support company personnel
  • Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies.
  • Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas.
  • Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws
  • Ensuring Accounting Department runs smoothly and efficiently.

Required Skills

  • Basic Knowledge of Tally or any ERP.
  • Knowledge of MS Office.
  • Basic knowledge of GST & TDS
  • Fundamental clear in posting Purchase Entry, Sales Entry, JV Entry, Receipt Entry & Payment Entry.
  • Basic knowledge of import/Export documents bank submission.
  • Basic knowledge of stock inventory.
  • Analytical Mind.
  • Update financial data in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that information is accurate.
  • React in timely manner if the information is not accurate.
  • A believer in teamwork.
