Job Brief:

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills (both verbal and written), proficiency in Tally Prime, and a solid understanding of GST, TDS, and other essential accounting concepts. A good command of MS Excel and MS Word, along with a strong grasp of accounting principles, basic banking knowledge, and experience with online transactions, is required. The candidate should also have excellent organizational skills to manage documents and data efficiently.

Responsibilities:

1) Accurately record and maintain daily business transactions, including sales, purchases, payments, receipts, purchase orders, and work orders.

2)  Ensure bank accounts are updated regularly by posting day-to-day transactions.

3)  Organize and maintain records and files in an orderly and efficient manner.

4)  Record and review all expenses, ensuring monthly expense tracking is accurate and up to date.

5)  Prepare and file GST and TDS data on a monthly basis, ensuring timely submission.

6)  Generate monthly MIS reports.

7)  Undertake any additional tasks assigned by the Director or CAO.

Date of joining – Immediately

Qualification - B Com/M com

Experience – 3-4  years in profit/non-profit organisation

Salary: 20k – 25k per month

Office Timings: 10am - 6 pm, Mon – Sat. ( 2^nd and 4^th Saturdays off)
