Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Providing general administrative support, such as filing, organizing documents, and handling correspondence.
- Entering financial data into accounting software and maintaining accurate records.
- Assisting in preparing financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and invoices.
- Performing bank reconciliations and reconciling accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Conducting research and analyzing financial data to support decision-making.
- Helping with internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
- Managing accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, and handling other transactional accounting tasks.
- Working with bookkeeping software, spreadsheets, and databases to manage financial information.
