THE ROLE

The Finance Shared Services Centre (SSC) is part of Temenos Finance organization with the objective of standardizing, optimizing and continuously improving the process and support for the Business. It is structured through a Functional Model with 4 main function: Source to Pay, Contract to Cash, Record to Report and Systems & Support. This role will be part of Contract to Cash function.

OPPORTUNITIES

• You will Process Customer Invoices within Turn Around Time and Accurately
• You will Compliance to Policies and Procedures, ICS and Audit.
• You will Correspond with Project and Account Managers for enquiries raised.
• You will Assist in month end closing Business Reporting
• You will Reports generations from Oracle and Analysis ,
• You will Supporting team manager on various Adhoc reports when required, Query Management through ticketing system
  
  
  

Skills

• You should have Bachelor / PG Degree in Commerce / Finance with good knowledge on account/finance. Preferably with end to end knowledge on Accounts Receivables Process
• You should have Prior experience in a complex multi-national and multi-cultural environment
• You should have Strong Computer literacy - ability to use Microsoft suite of packages & operating systems
• You should have Oracle experience (ERP) - an added advantage
• You should have Excellent knowledge in Excel
• You should have Good process knowledge accounting
• You should have Very good analytical and problem solving skills, system analysis skill,
• You should have Time Management,
• You should have Critical thinking and active learning,
• You should have Good presentations skills,
