Key Responsibilities

• Performing day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data.
• Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and posted.
• Pays employees by receiving and verifying expense reports and requests for advances, and processed electronic transfers.
• Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts payable process.
• Knowledge of processing international payments.
• Knowledge about exchange gain/loss accounting.
• Knowledge about settling foreign travel claims.
• Execute vendor, customer, credit card and bank reconciliation
• Knowledge about GST on RCM.
• Assist in month-end closure activity.
• Monitor tax liabilities and ensure tax liabilities are paid on time.
• Prepare the data for GSTR 1 and 3B return and ETDS data quarterly.
• Prepare sales invoices and followup with customers for payments.
