- Manage daily operational expenses and coordinate reimbursements.
- Handle distributor/stockist communication and order coordination.
- Assist in monitoring sales team performance (MRs & Area Managers).
- Maintain and track Daily Call Reports (DCR) & sales dashboards.
- Support HR functions: hiring, onboarding, employee coordination.
- Prepare and circulate official communications (memos, warning mails, reporting updates).
- Maintain and update ledger, and purchase/sales books
