Key Responsibilities

• Deliver tally ERP training: Conduct in-depth training on Tally ERP, focusing on the latest versions, GST integration, accounting, inventory management, payroll, and taxation modules.
• Develop training materials: Create well-structured, comprehensive training manuals, exercises, and case studies to ensure an effective learning experience for students and corporate trainees.
• Hands-on practice and simulations: Guide students through practical, hands-on training sessions, providing real-time simulations and problem-solving exercises in Tally ERP.
• Assess and monitor student progress: Evaluate the learning progress of each student through assignments, quizzes, and practical exams. Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their understanding of Tally ERP.
• Provide support to trainees: Offer post-training support to address any queries, doubts, or challenges students might face while using Tally in real-world applications.
• Stay updated with tally ERP: Continuously update your knowledge about the latest versions and features of Tally ERP, including any new features related to GST compliance, e-filing, and other relevant industry trends.
• Tailored training for corporate clients: Customize training sessions for corporate clients based on their specific industry needs, ensuring that Tally ERP solutions are effectively integrated into their business processes.
• Conduct refresher courses: Offer refresher courses and advanced-level sessions to trainees, helping them deepen their knowledge and maximize the potential of Tally ERP in their professional roles.
• Ensure training effectiveness: Maintain a high standard of training delivery and ensure the effectiveness of each session, adapting to different learning styles and ensuring that the students are well-prepared for their professional roles.
• Report and documentation: Keep accurate records of attendance, progress reports, and feedback from trainees. Regularly report training outcomes to management and recommend improvements for future sessions.
