Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with regulations, and support budgeting and forecasting activities. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in accounting and finance, with strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and general ledgers.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements relevant to IT services. i.e. Advance tax, PF, PT, ESIC.
• Process payroll and manage employee reimbursements.
• Monitor cash flow and manage petty cash.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy.
• Experience on e-Invoicing & Banking
• Customer PO management and invoicing
  
  

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3 to 4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks)
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting.
• Good understanding of taxation and statutory compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with GST, TDS, and other Indian tax regulations (if applicable).
