Location- New Delhi
Job Description-
● Coordination with CA Team: Work closely with the CA team for timely returns filing, ensuring
accurate and complete data sharing.
● Transaction Maintenance: Conduct daily checks and record-keeping of transactions to maintain
an accurate financial record.
● Indirect Expense Processing: Verify and process payments for indirect expenses promptly
● Data Provision for Returns: Provide necessary financial data and documents to the CA team as
and when required for filings.
● Office Maintenance & Admin Tasks: Oversee office upkeep, assist in administrative duties, and
ensure a smooth workflow in day-to-day activities.
● Office Supplies Management: Monitor and manage office supply inventory, maintaining stock levels.
● Payment Verification & Closure: Verify payment details and close payment-out transactions
after a thorough review.
● Daily Bookkeeping on Zoho Books: Perform daily bookkeeping activities on Zoho Books,
ensuring accurate records for financial transparency.
