- Budgeting: Ability to plan and manage budgets, monitor spending, and assist in increasing organizational efficiency through effective financial planning.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in managing financial records, transactions, and ensuring accuracy in reporting.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, necessary for presenting financial information clearly to stakeholders.
- Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
- Provide assistance in the day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring that all transactions are logged in an efficient manner.
- Evaluate financial risks and provide advice on internal control activities to mitigate financial discrepancies and variance.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and reports related to financial forecasting, expenditure, and variance analysis.
- Support the monthly close process, ensuring timely preparation and accuracy of financial reporting entries.
- Coordinate with internal teams during audits and help to prepare necessary audit schedules and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable legislation and company policies for financial activities and reporting.
- Communicate and collaborate with various departments to support overall financial and business objectives of the organization.
