Job Description
Major accountabilities
Qualifications Years of experience:
Experience: Graduate, preferably a science graduate or have studied science up to class XII. Non-Science candidates may be considered, in case of specific experience in the division/industry.
1 - 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with Ophthalmology market experience.
Proven experience in launching products in specialty therapy area.
Proven experience in sales and having excellent relationships with KOLs Outstanding communication skills- both verbal and written Comfortable in using salesforce automation and reporting tools Anesthesia / Critical Care / Injectables experience is mandatory
Major accountabilities
- Achieve Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Sales Targets of segment as per the given territory.
- Driving business development initiatives to expand business through new hospital entries.
- Identify institutional key opinion leader through effective customer profiling.
- Responsible for engagement and development of KOL/KBL customers
- Analyze business analytics to explore market trends and develop strategies to compete with competitors.
- Visit all Ophthalmologist, institution, hospital, and prescription from private practitioner Key Persons explain and generate the business.
- Ability to identify the right prospects to invest time to ensure ROI.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all Targeted Customers.
- Maintaining an ideal primary vs secondary sales ratio.
- Update the Must-See List (MSL) regularly by identifying the uncovered doctors on CRM.
- Promote Amneal Differentials for creating brand recall amongst the doctors.
- Update the Daily Call Report (DCR) on regular basis for recording the days field work.
- Budgeted sales revenue and collection are achieved monthly.
