Skills

  • 35 years of experience in client servicing and/or business development, preferably at an ad agency or creative firm.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of branding, digital marketing, media, and integrated campaigns.
  • A strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities and client empathy.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and capable of juggling multiple projects.
  • Experience in leading pitch presentations.
  • Familiarity with digital campaign analytics.
  • A knack for storytelling and creative thinking.

Client Servicing:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key client accounts.
  • Manage day-to-day communication, campaign timelines, and approvals.
  • Understand client goals and translate them into clear briefs for internal teams.
  • Coordinate with creative, strategy, digital, and production departments to ensure quality output.
  • Ensure smooth execution and delivery of campaigns within budget and deadlines.

Business Development:

  • Identify and approach potential clients in targeted industries.
  • Create compelling pitch decks and proposals tailored to prospects.
  • Lead presentations and pitches alongside senior leadership.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership to drive agency visibility.
