Job Overview

We are urgently seeking an Accounts Executive for an Engineering Products/Services company. The ideal candidate will excel in tasks such as in Tally ERP (which is mainly), Excel Proficiency, GST Filings, Invoice Processing, Manufacturing Accounting, Tally ERP, Inventory Accounts, and TDS skills.

Excellency in Tally is mandatory.

Qualifications And Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field
• Proficient in Excel and Tally ERP
• Knowledgeable in GST filings, TDS compliance, E-Invoice, E-Way bill, etc.
• Experience in managing manufacturing accounting tasks
• Efficient in managing inventory accounts
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets
• Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy
• Handle GST returns filing and TDS compliance
• Process invoices and maintain manufacturing accounts
• Utilize Tally ERP for financial data recording and reporting
• Efficiently monitor and manage inventory accounts.
• Manage general administrative tasks, including document management and office organization.
