- Proficient in bookkeeping, with the ability to maintain detailed and accurate financial records.
- Experience in invoicing and ensuring timely and accurate billing processes.
- Skilled in handling accounts payable, including managing payments and maintaining ledgers.
- Adept at managing accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices.
- Ability to prepare comprehensive financial reports for management review.
- Highly efficient data entry skills to maintain accurate accounting databases.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with internal team members and external stakeholders.
- Assist in daily bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions accurately.
- Process invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable efficiently.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports as required.
- Support the reconciliation of bank statements and other financial records.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial filing systems.
- Liaise with vendors and clients to resolve any billing or payment issues promptly.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and procedures.
