Supporting our users across our global business, we have a new opportunity for an Account Administrator - Customer Service (Backoffice Ops.) within our back-office customer services team. Your impact on the team:

As an Account Administrator, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining customer accounts within our Oracle Production system. This includes validating customer information and determining the type of accounts that needs to be created.

• This role requires working 6:30 PM - 3:00 AM IST, with flexibility to adjust to 5:30 PM - 2:00 AM ISTduring U.S. daylight savings time.
• Ideal candidates will reside within 25 kmof the office location in Noida. If suitable candidates are not found within this range, we may consider those within 40 km as an exception.
  
  

What you will be doing:

• Locate, create, and maintain new and existing accounts using Oracle.
• Conduct validation research using various resources, including but not limited to, the internet, phone, email, and other reference tools.
• Partner with Customer Service, department stakeholders, and trade-credit teams to resolve customer setup concerns.
• Update tax status on accounts based on documentation provided by customers.
• Use Oracle order entry screens to update customer sales orders as needed to process the order.
• Stay current with departmental best practices and business rules for account classification.

• You have 1+ year of proven experience in order and account management.
• You are confident and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• You possess strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with excellent attention to detail skills.
• You have strong problem-solving abilities; works independently to identify and resolve problems accurately.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
